Jigsawkids

Welcome to Jigsawkids

Jigsaw is a parent led voluntary organization. It's aims are to promote inclusion for all children affected by disability.

We offer various forms of support and assistance during the school holidays and on Saturdays.

For the children we provide:

Holiday and weekend activities, short breaks and activity based groups, a library of books and toys to be borrowed by parents and young people and support services as part of a package of care designed by the local social work department.

For the parents and carers we provide:

A parent to parent telephone support facility, an internet chat group and free Internet access, advice to parents and carers on how to access specialized services, an advocacy role, representing the interests of parents and children in negotiations with statutory bodies when difficulties arise.

Activities take place in Parklands school and St. Joseph's hall, Helensburgh.
